Reference Map
The PURA's FactMap is integrated with the website. The FactMap will contain information regarding the petroleum activities in the Country. The information will be synchronized with the PURA's databases on a daily basis. The FactMaps gives you the opportunity to filter, query, re-symbolize and more. To add your own shapefile data make sure they are defined with East African Arc 1960 UTM Zone 35s, 36s, or 37s depending on the source of your data. Hereunder is the current exploration activity map.
